Pricing is calculated by the hours taken to complete the work.

Estate, downsizing and decluttering cost is $50 per hour per worker. 

One-time general cleaning is $45/hr/worker. Deep cleaning and post-construction cleaning are $50/hr/worker. 

Hazmat cleaning is $60/hr/worker. 

Senior citizens and veterans receive a 10% discount.
